1. General Policy
All products are made to order using print-on-demand technology. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our manufacturer for production. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer error. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as ordered (for example, wrong print or color), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with our manufacturer to resolve the issue.If the issue is due to a manufacturing or shipping error:Our manufacturer will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.If the issue is due to customer error (such as selecting the wrong size or product):Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Cancellations and Changes
Because your order is custom made as soon as it is placed, we are unable to cancel or change orders after purchase.
